Hands on Healing

Stress is a disruptive force. It creates imbalances within the physical body and mind, diminishing the energetic field of the body and the vital coherent dynamic  of the main organs and systems of the body. Years of studies have shown, stress gives rise to diseases in the body.

An effective way to restore balance is to raise the frequencies within and around the body. High frequency has long been associated with powerful inner experiences and the Source. In Eastern traditions, there is a ground or field from which all creation has arisen. In the West, we call this the quantum field. It is where all possibility exists. When a healer enters this field and connects to the higher frequencies of Source, this forms a link to the potent, luminous energy that will restore balance and health and replenish a depleted mind and body.

Healing work has always been my calling. The innate ability for my work has blossomed in my years of the inner practice, connecting me to the field and to Source and allowing me to become a vessel for the very high frequencies of healing.

Therefore, when I work on someone, it will raise their frequencies within and around their body and this begins to replenish the energy necessary for the body to heal itself.

Healing can take place on many different levels, from the release of blocked emotions and past traumas, the alleviation of pain, restoration of the immune system, diminishement of anxiety, depression or fears to the enhancement of harmony, vitality, calm, sleep and so on. Children being very receptive, respond very well to this work.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Vodder and Földi method in accordance with the scientific advances.

Manual lymphatic drainage is a massage method comprised of very specific mouvements. The goal is to stimulate the lymph circulatory system, which stimulates the organism’s detoxification process and the immune system. This therapy balances the nervous system: sympathetic and parasympathetic, bringing well being and calm. It is a preventive method for maintaining one’s health.

In its therapeutic dimension, manual lymphatic drainage applied pre and post surgeries, like dental, breast, knee surgeries, will accelerate the healing process. The benefits of physiotherapy will be enhanced by reducing swelling for example, after a knee surgery.  The reeducation on a swollen joint will not have good results.

It is indicated as well for leg, ankle, arm edema, and for all conditions due to a deficiency in the lymph system, which translates in swollen tissues.

In certain cases, multi layered bandages will be necessary to decrease the volume of the edema. Efficient in situation of heavy legs.

The Raindrop Technique was developed by Dr Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils. The essential oils used are pure, a requirement for the oils to hold the therapeutic properties of the plants.

Gary Young based the Raindrop Technique on research of essential oils as antimicrobial agents and the understanding of Vita Flex technique with reflex points in the feet, along with the fascinating information gained from the Lakota people in South Dakota.

While visiting the Lakota people, Dr Young learned of a unique ritual, several generations old. Long before the border to Canada was established, the Lakota would migrate into the northern regions of Saskatchewan and Manitoba to witness the Aurora Borealis or Nothern Lights. They believed that while the Aurora Borealis was visible, the air was charged with a healing energy and by breathing deeply, they could bring that healing energy into their bodies, through their spine, and back out through their torso. The people who were suffering from an illness would stand with their hands out to the lights and inhale deeply, followed by a deep exhale.

The healing energy would pass through the spine and travel along their neurological pathways. Many experienced dramatic healing effects from this.

As migration opportunities became limited, the Lakota substituted actual exposure to the Nothern Lights to

the use of 'effleurage'. Effleurage is a French word meaning «to skim» or «to lightly touch» and that is exactly what this technique involves. This is a rhythmic form of massage involving soft, feathered-finger strokes along the skin. This technique, coupled with mentally processing the energy, was used to distribute healing energy throughout the body.

Dr Young found that when certain Essential Oils and Vita Flex were used in combination with effleurage, the effects were greatly heightened. The Raindrop Technique was formally adopted in 1989 as a notable healing technique and has since received an enormous amount of praise from users all over the world for help with relaxation, emotional release, tissue cleansing and spinal misalignments.

The Raindrop Technique benefits:

A number of medical professionals throughout the US have adopted the Raindrop Technique in their clinical practice and have found it to be an outstanding resource for aiding sciatica, scoliosis, kyphosis, and chronic back pain.

The essential oils used in the Raindrop Technique exhibit a very strong potential as antimicrobial agents. This is part of why they are so powerful in use against scoliosis and sciatica. Microorganisms lodge near the spinal cord and contribute to deformities. These same infectious microorganisms can cause spinal pain and inflammation. Additionally, these oils, specifically Thyme, Basil and Marjoram can inhibit the growth of several strains of bacteria.  Through the Raindrop Technique. these oils are applied directly to the affected area, therefore the results are tremendous.
